Supports the back entirely with mesh woven into the cloth. Controls an excessive movement by holding the lumbar area of the spine and pelvis.

(1) Holding the belts on both ends of the belt. Note that the right-hand side has a small label indicating that the arrow points upwards.

(2) The left side is pulled tight and placed in the middle about 5cm/2 inches below the navel (do not place above the navel)

(3) The right side is over the left side and fasten tightly.
